Casa Delivery is our second member outside Sweden and brings a ton of experience when it comes to sustainable last mile delivery. With us is their CEO Anders Stennabba.

Welcome to Game Changing Alliance! Tell us a bit more about Casa Delivery.
Casa Delivery is based in the heart of (Bara Bada Bastu land) Ostrobothnia, Finland. Currently we cover the whole of Finland and the northern parts of Sweden (Norrbotten and Västerbotten) with our last mile delivery setup.
We offer installation services to all products that we delivery to your home or company. The installation service is integrated in the delivery process meaning everything is done at once when the delivery is done. Installing for example your new fridge or dishwasher, removing and recycling packing material, return of the old machine for recycling and setting up the machine in a ready-to-use mode.
Since 2022 we started a test, operating part of the deliveries as zero emission with electrical vehicles. In 2023 we started a three year transition program to convert our entire fleet into zero emission vehicles. Last year 68% of all deliveries were done with zero emission and our goal for 2025 is to reach 90%. Taking into account our geographically large area we operated I would say we are leading the way in Finland and Sweden at the moment towards zero emission deliveries.
Why did you decide to join GCA?
GCA has reached a strong position in the Nordics as an organization highlighting the importance of transforming the transport industry to become greener, more sustainable and smarter using alternative solutions and delivery methods. We realized also that within the organization there is a huge knowledge of technical solutions with support for example from AI that can help companies like Casa Delivery to achieve better environmental friendly results much faster. We see it as a big strength to be a member of this group of companies with a clear goal that green and clean will be the future business model.
What are your expectations?
It’s clear that being part of an organization combining know-how and strength from different companies is of big importance for us in our journey towards new ways of working to become a totally emission free company. That all members run the same agenda; to speed up the change of the logistics industry, will change the business climate and set new standards in many sectors.
We also want to contribute with our knowledge and experience in transforming activities to become more successful with a smaller environmental foot print.
Tell us something we don´t know about you
I actually love singing. But when it comes to performing music and songs I’m a perfectionist. That’s why I would not perform a song just at any occasion. But if the environment, the setup and my kind of musician on the right instrument are all in line, you might hear me sing. If you are lucky.
Per Olof Arnäs, our Secretary General, comments:

By adding a strong, knowledge driven and “sustainability first”, company like Casa Delivery to our alliance we broaden our areas of expertise into areas like last mile, servitization and green transition. We are also broadening our geographic footprint, showing that what we do and represent transcends national boundaries. For each new member, the “network effect” in an organisation like GCA is multiplied. Linear growth leads to exponential output. That´s how it should be done in the 21st century.
