Energy supply needs to become more sustainable, future-proof and cost-effective. The level of technology needs to be raised in the entire system in order to really take advantage of the improvement potential that exists, this concerns both hardware in the form of vehicles and equipment but also software and decision support systems. The actors in the transport and logistics systems of the future also need new business models that are adapted to a new basic situation where fossil free energy, social sustainability and resource efficiency coexist – not compete – with productivity and profitability.

In the Game Changing Alliance, we stand united behind the vision of an upgraded transportation and logistics system. Together, we will push, question and invest to accelerate the transition that must take place. We believe in leading by example, whether it’s electrification, digitization, AI, behavior or business models. Our members are all experts and pioneers in their respective fields and contribute unique perspectives and inputs that, together with the others, create a whole that is significantly greater than its parts. 

The task we as a society face is gigantic, but by gathering those who want to run a little bit faster, have a little bit more knowledge and maybe also are a little bit less locked into “how things usually are”, we can show what real change looks like. Sometimes the rules of the game simply need to be changed in order to move forward.
